Sayulita is a quaint little surf and fishing town full of true Mexican culture located just 30 miles outside of Puerto Vallarta, where the jungle hillside meets the beach. Colorful prayer flags cover the cobble stone streets lined with shops and restaurants - new and old. People gather at the town square to hear live music, chill in the grass and make art! It’s south beach is packed with fishing pangas, street food and visitors, while it’s north beach is more secluded with white sand and quiet. The market is full of beaded works by the Huichol tribe, hand crafted jewelry and garments and the famous Sayulita poofs! This town is a true escape and while it boasts lovely accommodations, it has not lost it’s rustic charm!
